Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, there are specific restrictions and regulations regarding the shipment of ammunition, primers, and powder. Please review the following carefully:

  • Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition. We will require age verification before processing your order.
  • Legal Compliance: We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in your area.
  • Restricted Locations: We do not ship ammunition to certain states and localities due to legal restrictions. These include but are not limited to:
    • Alaska
    • California
    • Connecticut
    • Hawaii
    • Illinois
    • Massachusetts
    • New Jersey
    • New York
    • Washington D.C.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required for all ammunition shipments.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within [number of days, e.g., 1-2 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BeltFed Ammunition LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No Returns Policy

All sales of ammunition, primers, and powder are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. This policy is in place due to safety and regulatory concerns. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or store credit.
  • Specific Conditions for Ammunition, Primers, and Powder:
    • If more than half of the box or container of ammunition, primers, or powder has been used, no credit or refund will be allowed.
    • You must provide detailed information about the defect, including photographs and a description of the issue, to help us assess the problem.
